Our mission must first be to deliver an attitude of caring about our customers, as well as provide a safe, reliable, cost-effective product . That is why our new equipment installations and repair services include a limited parts and labor warranty to protect our valued customers and friends. It takes hard work and commitment to excellence to help find the right solution for our friends, customers, and community. At Team O'Hare we are ready willing and able.
All Technicians at Team O'Hare are formally train via HVAC technical trade school locally in Sacramento with a certification of completion of HVAC and /or Refrigeration standards. Each field service Technician is certified by EPA to handle all refrigerant under Universal Classification under section 508. All Technician are trained to respect your home and wear boot covers when entering a your home.
All Tech have passed a background check and drug screening at the time of hiring. At Team O'Hare we want our customers, friends, and family to know we respect your home and business . Thus, we take your safety and security very seriously. All Technician continue to receive on going training by continued education, additional certification by industry experts, and perform service work following industry best practice protocols. The General Service Manager at Team O'Hare has a fleet of Vans stocked and ready to be of service at your call and beckon.
